USE OF THE SERVICE

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through any means other than the interfaces we provide.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

ACCOUNTS

SUBSCRIPTIONS & PURCHASES

The Service may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies. We do not process payments directly.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the Service — including text, puzzles, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by LFH Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LFH Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
